History
The SAINT MARTIN family is a very old Davayé family.
This beautiful property was established by Paul SAINT MARTIN’s father.
Paul passed away in 2003, and today his daughter Pascale manages the estate.
Two tenant farmers work closely with her on the estate.
Georges DUBOEUF has had a partnership with this estate for over 30 years, and buys most of the production.
The vineyard faces due south.
The average age of the vines is 70 years, with a planting date of 15 years, while the oldest vine is 80 years old.

Brilliant golden color.
Intense nose of white flowers, fresh butter and subtle candied fruit.
Rich, full-bodied, unctuous and round, this Saint Véran offers good persistence on the palate and is an ideal accompaniment to fish in sauce.
